• Payment processors: GCash, Maya, and Philippine banking partners, solely to facilitate deposits and withdrawals;

• KYC documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure or the completion of the relevant transaction;

The jlbb Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. jlbb does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If jlbb becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, it will immediately delete that data and close the associated account.
