These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jlbb governing your access to and use of the jlbb online gaming platform. If jlbb discovers at any time that a Player is under the age of 21, jlbb will immediately close the Account, void all wagers placed, and return any deposited funds (excluding Bonus Funds) to the payment method used for deposit, subject to applicable verification requirements.
Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the jlbb platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jlbb platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the platform without the prior written consent of jlbb.
To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, jlbb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jlbb platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
jlbb's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jlbb does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jlbb makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the platform.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude jlbb's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Applicable Law.
jlbb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination of an Account for reasons other than fraud or breach, jlbb will return any verified Real Money Balance to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to applicable KYC and anti-money laundering checks. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon Account closure.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting jlbb customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the jlbb platform, you agree to first contact jlbb customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. jlbb will endeavor to respond to all formal dispute submissions within ten (10) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent jlbb from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
jlbb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jlbb will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the jlbb platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.
